1. Biryani:

6. Bhorta: 

Bhorta is a comfort food in Bangladesh. It's essentially mashed vegetables, usually seasoned with mustard oil, green chilies, and sometimes dried fish for added flavor. Common choices include potatoes, eggplants, or even fish.


7. Mishti: 

Bengali sweets, or mishti, are famous worldwide. Rasgulla (sweet cheese balls in sugar syrup), Sandesh (sweetened cottage cheese flavored with cardamom), and Rasmalai (cheese patties soaked in sweet, saffron-flavored milk) are some popular options.


8. Shingara: 

Shingara is a Bangladeshi version of samosas. These deep-fried pastries are typically filled with spiced potatoes, peas, and sometimes minced meat. They are a popular snack, especially during festivals and gatherings.


9. Bhapa Pitha:  

Bhapa Pitha is a traditional Bengali rice cake often made during the winter season. It's made with rice flour, jaggery, and coconut, then steamed or baked to create a delicious dessert. 


10. Khichuri:  

Khichuri, a beloved Bangladeshi dish, is a flavorful medley of rice, lentils, and aromatic spices cooked to perfection. This hearty one-pot meal is often enriched with vegetables, meat, or fish, creating a comforting, soul-satisfying experience for food enthusiasts.
